Annealing Lehr:

Usage:

BLTHL-(X) series air-recirculation annealing lehr is suitable for the annealing of glass bottles,pots,and glassware,to release the stress caused by the quick cooling during the forming process.

Characteristics:

1.The structure of the lehr is made of steel,it is designed by section by section installation,so that it is convenient for transportation,and can achieve a quicker installation on site;especially for the reconstruction customer,the reconstruction time can be reduced greatly.

2.Temperature of each zone can be automatically controlled,the thermal parameters can be monitored easily by the customer.

3.Air recirculation makes sure a uniform temperature at each zone,and increases the heat transmission efficiency.

4.Good insulation makes sure lower energy consumption,and therefore a lower cost.

Advanced Technology,Low Energy Consumption:

1.Perfect insulation:heating zones with first-class ceramicc fibre,so that the out surface temperature is not exceed ambient temperature 15℃,and therefore save a lot of energy.

2.The air-recirculation design makes sure an uniform temperature in the chamber,and improve the pass rate of the processed products.A specially designed air flow route makes sure an uniform air flow distribution and avoid partial overheating at the heating elements and in the chamber,meanwhile,to achieve a high heat transmission efficiency.

3.Temperature-adjust assembly is installed at the homogenous zones and cooling zones,to achieve the different required temperature by different glass products.When the temperature is higher than required,a servo-motor will open a valve to introduce cool air to the suction mouth of the recirculation fan,and thereby to lower the temperature of the chamber.

The entry of the line

It is composed of one loading table. This table is equipped with an entrance door.

Description of heating and homogenising zones (16 modules)

These modules are made of one outside frame in which is located the inside stainless tunnel and isolation fibre.

Each module is 2.25 meters long.

External casing

It is made of steel sheet (thickness = 2 mm) and reinforced with profile bar.

These parts are painted with rust proof painting.

The roofs where the fan is located can be removed for yearly maintenance.

Internal casing

It allows convection air to discharge the air flow in two side ducts connected under the conveyor belt and get up through the articles.

It is made of stainless steel sheet (thickness = 2~3 mm AISI 304, and AISI310S).

The structure is designed to stand at 750 °C and allow expansion.

. Insulating

Ceramic and mineral wool are used to insulate all sidewalls. The minimal thickness is 350 mm.

Belt support

For the forward way, the belt is supported by V structure. The quality is specially designed to maintain a good plainness of the article during heating.

For the backward way, rollers and V structure carry the belt outside the furnace.
