RBG- strong convection bell type annealing furnace is designed to anneal copper coils,copper bars in non-oxidation conditions, also to anneal copper bar on steel barrels in protective gas.

RBG strong convection bell type annealing furnace consists of heating bell , cool bell, stove base,inner cover,vacuum system, inflation system, electrical control cabinet, etc.

Usual we produce the bell furnace as:2 sets×stove bases, 2 sets×inner covers,1 set×cooling bell,1 set×heating bell . So you can one working stand with chamber is used to anneal, the other is used for cooling and vice versa.

4.Vacuum system and inflation system use to make the furnace vaccum and charge into the protective gas as nitrogen. The total process is: load coils-vacuum-into protective gas--heating—holding—cooling—vacuum washing—deflate—unload.

The annealing process from the beginning of heating till the end of cooling is made in the medium of protective gas. During the whole process compulsory convection of protective atmosphere of annealing chamber is used.

The cooling process is controlled, compulsory. As a cooling system water cooling of air radiator is use, which is located in the middle of the circulation of protective atmosphere of annealing chamber.

The control and record of temperature in each annealing chamber is made by electronic potentiometer with paper recorder with a function of connecting as the registering device for the computer.

The system of electric control of the furnace work must provide automatic heating up to certain level of temperature, and to hold annealing temperature during a set period of time. After the holding annealing temperature time is over, the heating is automatically switched off, a voice alarm switches on, which means that the annealing time is over. The transposition to cooling is made manually

The maximal temperature of the body at heating to 9500C not more than +400C of the environment temperature.

There are some safe systems as: over-temperature alarm, cooling water pressure loss alarm, explosion relief, emergency and other safety devices as gas source.

The electrical control system have three control areas and have PID control. (specific configure as customer request)
